TUSCANY
From September 16–19, we will take over the storied hamlet of Borgo Finocchieto, reserved exclusively for our guests, and settle into Brunello country life: from long lunches to late-night storytelling around the table, this is the particular kind of magic the Italians effortlessly create.
Hosted alongside Michelin-starred chef Roberto Rossi, the experience blends regional culinary traditions, shaped by local chefs and farmers, with the spirit of an elegant house party among friends.
Days unfold according to mood rather than itinerary: hot air balloons drifting over vineyards, Vespas winding through cypress-lined roads, horseback adventures, truffle hunts, spa afternoons, e-bikes, olive oil tastings, and private visits to celebrated Montalcino estates for Brunello tastings from a distinctly local point of view.
Evenings return everyone to the table for candlelit feasts, generous wine pours, surprise musical performances, and entertainment that stretches through the night. Dinner invitations are extended to our local network as well.
There will also be excursions beyond the Borgo - to Siena’s hidden corners, the pecorino shops and sweeping views of Pienza, ancient abbeys, hilltop villages, and the winding back roads that make Tuscany feel cinematic.

His cuisine is rooted in centuries-old Tuscan techniques yet feels modern, expressive, and full of heart. When Chef Rossi steps into the Borgo kitchen, expect an unforgettable evening of flavor: rustic elegance, wood-fired magic, and plates that taste like the very essence of Tuscany.
Tuscan Road Rally
Spend the day winding through the Tuscan countryside behind the wheel of vintage Italian sports cars, passing cypress-lined roads, hilltop villages, and endless vineyard views.
Up, Up, Tuscany!
Watch Tuscany wake up from the sky as your hot air balloon lifts off right from the Borgo’s grounds. Drift above rolling vineyards, medieval villages, and that soft morning mist that makes everything look like a Renaissance painting. It’s peaceful, surreal, and wildly romantic .
Poolside
Slip into the Borgo’s panoramic pool - where the water is cool, the views are endless, and doing absolutely nothing somehow feels like a cultural experience. Sunbathe, float, sip a spritz, or nap under the cypress trees while Tuscany shows off in every direction.
Tuscan Olive Harvest & Picnic
Spend the afternoon at the legendary Bea olive groves, walking the orchards with the farmers who have tended them for generations. Pick olives straight from the trees, learn the craft behind Tuscany’s finest oils, then settle into a long Tuscan picnic in the grove with local wines, fresh bread, and dishes built around the morning’s harvest.
Brunello di Montalcino
We pay a visit our friend winemaker Andrea Cortonesi of Uccelliera, one of Tuscany’s most respected Brunello producers. Uccelliera is set in the hills of Castelnuovo dell’Abate near Montalcino, and is known for small-production wines and sweeping views of the Val d’Orcia countryside. We will walk the vineyards with Andrea, tour the cellar, and taste exceptional Brunellos alongside olive oil produced on the estate. Andrea, his family, his friends and his wines will be joining us for dinner at the Borgo.
Tuscan Truffle Quest
Head into the Tuscan woods with expert truffle hunters and their impossibly talented dogs, following earthy scents and secret forest paths in search of Tuscany’s most prized treasure. You’ll learn the lore, dig up a few gems, and taste them right where they were found - fresh, aromatic, and wildly indulgent.
Hills, Horses, Heaven
Take a sun-soaked ride through the Tuscan countryside, wandering along cypress-lined trails, golden fields, and vineyard vistas. Local guides lead the way as your horse carries you through storybook landscapes. It’s dreamy, cinematic, and one of the most effortless ways to fall in love with Tuscany.
Bocce, Banter, Borgo
Challenge your friends to the most charmingly competitive sport Tuscany has ever gifted the world. At the Borgo’s bocce court, you’ll sip wine, toss balls with questionable technique, and loudly claim victory even when the evidence disagrees. ime.
