Chef Roberto Rossi

Chef Roberto Rossi, the Michelin-starred chef behind Tuscany’s beloved Il Silene, brings a rare blend of deep tradition and bold creativity to every dish he touches. Known for his mastery of local ingredients - from hand-foraged herbs to heritage meats and impossibly fresh vegetables - Rossi cooks with the soul of a storyteller and the precision of a craftsman. His cuisine is rooted in centuries-old Tuscan techniques yet feels modern, expressive, and full of heart. When Chef Rossi steps into the Borgo kitchen, expect an unforgettable evening of flavor: rustic elegance, wood-fired magic, and plates that taste like the very essence of Tuscany.

Poolside, Please

Slip into full vacation mode at the Borgo’s panoramic pool - where the water is cool, the views are endless, and doing absolutely nothing somehow feels like a cultural experience. Sunbathe, float, sip a spritz, or nap under the cypress trees while Tuscany shows off in every direction. It’s effortless, golden-hour gorgeous, and exactly the kind of soft-life indulgence Savienne does best.

Up, Up, Tuscany!

Watch Tuscany wake up from the sky as your hot air balloon lifts off right from the Borgo’s grounds. Drift above rolling vineyards, medieval villages, and that soft morning mist that makes everything look like a Renaissance painting. It’s peaceful, surreal, and wildly romantic - the kind of moment that turns into a lifelong brag. Champagne on landing, of course. Because Savienne.

Balls, Banter, Borgo

Challenge your friends to the most charmingly competitive sport Tuscany has ever gifted the world. At the Borgo’s bocce court, you’ll sip wine, toss balls with questionable technique, and loudly claim victory even when the evidence disagrees. It’s low-stakes, high-laughs, and somehow becomes the highlight of the day — especially when the Brunello kicks in. It’s sunshine, friendly chaos, and pure good vibes - the ultimate Borgo pastime.

Brunello & Bliss

Journey into the heart of Brunello country for a private tasting at one of Montalcino’s iconic wineries - the kind of estate where vines roll for miles and every barrel has a story. Wander through cellars, sip rare vintages, and learn why Brunello is basically Tuscany’s love language. Think sweeping views, generous pours, and that warm, fuzzy “should we move here?” feeling. It’s equal parts education, indulgence, and pure Savienne joy.

Tuscan Truffle Quest

Head into the Tuscan woods with expert truffle hunters and their impossibly talented dogs, following earthy scents and secret forest paths in search of Tuscany’s most prized treasure. You’ll learn the lore, dig up a few gems, and taste them right where they were found — fresh, aromatic, and wildly indulgent. It’s part adventure, part culinary fantasy, and a delicious way to experience Tuscany from the ground up.

Hills, Horses, Heaven

Saddle up for a sun-soaked ride through the Tuscan countryside, wandering along cypress-lined trails, golden fields, and vineyard vistas that look like they were painted just for you. Local guides lead the way as your horse carries you through storybook landscapes at the perfect, peaceful pace. It’s dreamy, cinematic, and one of the most effortless ways to fall in love with Tuscany - a pure dose of easygoing joy in the open air.
